In 2008/09 the 3 churches made the decision to close and sell their own premises and to unite and develop a new centre for worship, outreach and community use.
A project was formed, named the 3-2-1 Project, consisting of members of the 3 individual churches and Circuit representatives, to develop a church and community building in the Newquay area.
The vision for the future of Newquay Methodist Church will assist in meeting the needs of local people, physically, mentally and spiritually by providing flexible community space for worship and quiet reflection, for community group’s use and to provide space for other agencies to support the needs of those local people.
